Since its beginning, Climatech has always been committed to social and environmental causes. And this is even more true today.
For many years we have been helping several charities, such as “Escalpade” (special school for disabled children), “CAP-48” (Belgian fundraising organization for disabled people), “Hôpi-clown” (asbl which improves the stay of hospitalized children), and other smaller charities.
For many years, we have been proactive by employing up to 25 persons with disabilities, thanks to a strong collaboration with the “Ateliers d’Ensival”.
For many years, we have been careful in reducing to minimum waste, using LED lighting inside all our buildings and also using paper tape (instead of PVC tape) to close our boxes.
Today we have decided to become even greener, taking profit that we are expanding, to install 1540 solar panels on our roofs. They will produce 466,000 kWh per year, representing the yearly consumption of about 135 families.
